Noel at Noon December 6th and 13th, 11:30 am
Suggested donation for lunch is $6.00; a free-will offering plate will be in the narthex.
Spend your noontime with us for NOEL AT NOON and enjoy two wonderful Christmas concerts, as well as a delicious lunch.
Parkway music director Bonnie McClain has planned two programs that will regale you with a variety of sacred and secular Christmas music. By the time you leave, you’ll be full of the spirit of the season!
Lunch will be served in Fellowship Hall starting at 11:30 a.m., and the concert will start promptly at 12 noon in the sanctuary. (If you have people who need a little longer to eat, feel free to come at 11:15 a.m.)
Mark your calendars, invite your friends and join us for this memorable Christmas gift!
Programs: December 6: Christmas on the Ivories! (piano and organ ivories)
Hear two fabulous musicians play music of the season on Parkway's wonderful instruments. Daniel Ritter of Parkway and Trygve Larson, long-time friend of Bonnie’s, will team up for this gorgeous program of holiday music on our pipe organ and grand piano. Chances are good that you’ll get to sing!
December 13: Armstrong High School Chamber Singers, directed by Stephanie Trump
We have such a treat in store for us with this award-winning group of singers! Bonnie has been trying to get them here to sing since she first heard them three years ago! This 26-member group represents Armstrong High School at its best, and you are going to love them. Get your smiling muscles in shape for this!
