Lord’s Prayer: Earth Dance, by Karen Loveland 1999
Our Mother, which art the earth,
Nurturing are thy ways.
Thy web of life be woven
Thy way be found within, as it is all around.
Thank you this day
For our daily bread and sweat
And forgive us our misuse of you,
As we forgive others their misuse of us.
And lead us not into exploitation,
But deliver us from lording it over you,
And over each other,
And over all our other fellow creatures.
For thine are the waters of life,
The hills, valleys and plains of home,
The breeding, seeding, feeding ground,
For now, and for as close to forever as we will ever come.

Youth Lord's Prayer, by Parker J. Palmer
Heavenly Father, heavenly Mother,
Holy and blessed is your true name.
We pray for your reign of peace to come,
We pray that your good will be done,
Let heaven and earth become one.
Give us this day the bread we need,
Give it to those who have none.
Let forgiveness flow like a river between us,
From each one to each one.
Lead us to holy innocence Beyond the evil of our days
Come swiftly Mother, Father, come.
For yours is the power and the glory and the mercy:
Forever your name is All in One. Amen

Mark 10, verses 17-31, from When the Great Spirit Walked Among Us, by Terry Wildman
As Creator Sets Free was walking on the road a young head man, who had many possessions, ran up to Creator Sets Free and humbled himself. Good Wisdomkeeper, he asked, what must I do to find the life of beauty and harmony that does not fade away?
Why do you call me good? he asked the man. Only the Great Spirit is good. If you want this life, then follow the instructions given by Drawn From the Water.
Which instructions? the young head man asked.
You already know them, Creator Sets Free answered. Do not take away the life of another, do not be unfaithful in marriage, and do not take what is not yours. Be honest in all you say and do, and never cheat a fellow human being. Give honor and respect to your father and mother and love your fellow human beings as much as you love yourself.
Wisdomkeeper, the man answered, from my youth I have followed all of these instructions. What have I left undone?
Creator Sets Free looked deeply into the man’s face and felt great love for him. Then he said, Only one thing remains. Take all of your possessions and give them to the ones who have none, then you will have great possessions in the world above. Come and walk the road with me, and be ready to carry the tree pole with me to the place of ultimate sacrifice.
The young man’s heart fell to the ground. He hung his head and walked away, for he had many possessions.
Creator Sets Free looked around at the people and then said to his followers, Walking the Good Road is a hard thing for the ones who have many possessions.
His followers could not believe what they were hearing. They thought having many possessions was a sign of Creator’s blessing way.
Creator Sets Free spoke kindly to them Little children, he said, the ones who trust in their many possessions will have a hard time finding their way onto the Good Road. It would be easier for a moose to go through the eye of a needle.
They shook their heads in wonder, looked at each other and said, How then can anyone walk the Good Road that sets all people free?
Creator Sets Free looked at them and said, This is only possible with the help of the Great Spirit.
Stands On The Rock spoke up, We have left all our possessions, and our relatives, to walk the road with you. What will become of us?
I tell you from my heart, he answered, in the world that is coming the True Human Being will sit in his place of honor and you who have walked the road with me will sit in twelve places of honor; choosing what is good and right for the twelve tribes of Wrestles With Creator.
No one who has given up their homes and families will go without. In this present world they will become part of an even greater family, with many homes and lands. Even though they will be abused and mistreated, they will receive much more than they have lost. The life of beauty and harmony that never fades away will be theirs.
But remember, many who are first in this present world, will be last in the world to come, and many who are last in this present world, will be first in the one to come.

Lord's Prayer, First Nations Project Version, by Terry Wildman  (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t43Dl5AJIKw)
One day, Jesus’s followers, the ones that walked the road with him,
They came to him and they said, Wisdom Keeper, teach us how to pray;
Teach us how to send our voice to the Great Spirit.
So Jesus, he said to them:
Oh great Father, the one who lives above us all.
Your name is sacred and holy.
Bring your good road to us, where the beauty of the world above is reflected in the Earth below.
Provide for us, day by day, the elk, the buffalo, the salmon, the corn, the squash, and the wild rice
All those good things we need, every day, to feed our families.
Release us, from the things that we have done wrong.
In the same way, we release others, for the things that they have done wrong to us.
Guide us away from selfish desires that tempt us to stray from your good road.
And rescue us from that Evil One, and his worthless ways.
Your good road, with its great power and beauty,
Will shine like the sun, until the time beyond the end of all days.
Aho!

Lord’s Prayer – Dominican Sisters Retreat, 1993
Our Mother, Who are in all the earth
Holy is your truth
May your wisdom come
Your circle be one uniting heaven and earth
Give us today a nurturing spirit
Heal through us as we ourselves are healed
Lead us into Fullness of life, and liberate all that is good
For the Wisdom, the Presence, and the Goodness are Yours,
Now and forever. Amen
