Parkway United Church of Christ
Electronic Communication Survey
We at Parkway UCC strive to be good stewards of our resources and creation. Towards this goal, we are looking to get a sense of how many people we could reach using these inexpensive, paper-free forms of communication. We understand that electronic communication is not for everyone and remain committed to traditional forms of communication.
Please complete one survey per person.

Please read the following four options and indicate your preference below.
- I would be willing to receive the Courier newsletter by email instead of mail. I would enjoy the faster delivery, clearer and brighter images, ability to enlarge text, lower impact on the environment, and significant cost savings to the church.
- I would prefer a printed copy of the Courier but am able and willing to print my own copy at home from an email.
- I would prefer a printed copy of the Courier and am able and willing to pick up my own copy at the church. I understand my subscription would cost the church $30 annually to print.
- I would prefer to continue to receive a printed copy of the Courier in the mail. I understand my subscription would cost the church $40 annually to print and mail.
